Ok im gonna disagree with you here. I love spice/heat and make a game of how much iocaine powder I can stick on stuff. I have a bottle of capsaicin that I abuse to make morning omelettes. You can pry that from my cold dead hands, heat is life. The only memory I live for is curling up into the fetal position from inappropriate amounts of heat. Heat is my flavor, my second family is basically Mexico they bring the pain the best. They’re the blood of my covenant fam. My regular fam is water of the womb spice levels. They have no marbles, I have only spice shame for a fam.
As a side bonus my family has banned me from ever contributing to pot lucks and nobody dares eat off my plate.
This is basically the same thing as what the big platforms do. You’re just offloading the decisions of what to see to a neural network and hope it’s deciding correctly. I’m not sure what a solution would be but I’m not sure I would put my eggs in the llm/ai basket. Not without a lot more details from the models on why they made a decision.

Sure just if fully given in this way it’s basically the same as an 11 character password. And more damning is it’s not really random. I’d use this as a case of more education on longer passphrases aren’t always longer entropy on their own if they are non random phrases is all. And there’s a lot of different word lists out there. I’d give this a go on my system and see if a guided run with the knowledge of how things were built can brute force it.
The big thing is a secure passphrase or password should be resistant to attacks even if there is perfect knowledge of how it was generated. In this case all lower case English words in a non random phrase works against that.
Depends, if you treat the individual letters sure but if you look at the words as the atom of information most password crackers wouldn’t take long.

That’s rpm, suse Linux 1.0 was never built off the same source or installer that Redhat Linux was.
Do you have a historical example where any suse distribution used redhat based source? As opensuse as I said only used the rpm package manager, it never used any other components of a redhat derived install.
Source: I work there and can find zero redhat strings in any old source code from that era, the old greybeards took offense to the implication that suse was ever based on redhat other than using rpm which at the time was about it for packaging.
All they did was start to use rpm instead of tar for packaging.
Opensuse and fedora have no common history though? Just because it uses rpm doesn’t make it a red hat derivative.

Yeah this only really applies to Algol style imperative languages. Dependent types and say stack languages like idris and apl are dramatically different in their underlying axioms.
