This makes a valid case for removing the president’s ability to issue pardons. Would it be such a great loss, if it means the privilege can no longer be abused like this?
We must think of and protect the children
Its likely the pardon could be removed but getting that to apply retroactively would be even harder. However i think Americans need to do both.
