I’m on year 6 with a pair I got from ZenniOptical. I’d say they’re a good source.

𝕸𝖔𝖘𝖘@infosec.pubto Showerthoughts@lemmy.world•hexbear users are the rick and morty fanbase of lemmy instances1·2 days agoLater last year, I did notice an uptick in Lemmy hostility, across the board. It’s calmed down significantly, though, around January of this year or so. Now, I don’t know about the instances that my home instance blocks (hexbear being among them, thankfully). I’ve generally had good experiences with infosec users in the past, which is why I moved instances to here. Sorry that hasn’t been your experience; people can be assholes.

Maybe I just wasn’t paying attention to the user’s instance enough. I absolutely did notice the others you mentioned, though, but that may be because there are more bad eggs than good in those places lol

Running a local llm is intensive on the hardware, and if it performs well on that, it’ll likely perform well on most standard, non-useless tasks. So, I see that part as a makeshift stress test.

I would have done the exact same thing lol I’ll pay for a good service, but maybe not so much for a meme or joke, however awesome. Thanks! And, thanks for posting this; it’s been good fun!
I meant to ask. Did you make this or find it? If you made it, what did you use to make it? It, somehow, has both a Trek and Wars vibe to it, and I’m really diggin it.
But going on a long rant and then finishing it with /s, which is something akin to “just kidding bro”… is ok?
Seriously, though, cool post!
I assumed this was enough to show I was playing into the joke, but I guess not?
No, I got that lol. I wanted to play into the joke you started, that’s why I added the last statement in there (because I genuinely enjoyed the joke).
You may think this is offensive to the Star Wars universe. But, in reality, Star Wars is living rent free in your brain, OP. So much so, in fact, that you took time out of your day to post this. Whereas, we couldn’t care less about this apparent rivalry, you have Star Wars so ingrained in your head, you keep track of our days in order to attempt to sully them. Tell me… why do you feel the need to keep Star Wars in your foreground, if you claim to hate it so? Is it, possibly, because you know that it is better content, that you need to prove to yourself that your show is better than it? Maybe, it is because your friends are Trekkies, but you are one of us, living in darkness? Come, my brethren, come into the light.
Lol
