That’s quite clear in the article, but it isn’t the main point. They are driving CCTVs that invade privacy and could — most likely ready — help spy on innocent civilians.
If this happened in China we all know what the reactions/condemnations would be.
Does anyone know to which research articles they are referring to? I’m quite interested to read those, but am unable to find them.
