Yeah it’s very nice. Also discovered this a few months back. Layout of the website is a bit weird at times on low resolutions, but otherwise it’s great.

EtzBetz@feddit.orgto Piracy: ꜱᴀɪʟ ᴛʜᴇ ʜɪɢʜ ꜱᴇᴀꜱ@lemmy.dbzer0.com•why is seeding/creating torrents so hard?3·5 months agoI got into a private tracker and setup my stuff with radarr, sonarr, etc. to hardlink between my library and my tracked stuff. That way it’s quite nicely automated at least when downloading stuff there. I once moved my library to a new system which was a bit of a pain and I also dislike creating new stuff in the tracker… but I’m quite happy at how good automated it actually is for not being a product.
I tried Jellyfin recently and for some reason it doesn’t play any media at all when I disable hardware transcoding, even though my media all is 1080 h264/h265 and I don’t want to scale. On Plex it always seemed like I could just play everything natively, but Jellyfin seems like it always wants to transcode.
Even if I enable transcoding, stuff won’t play nicely because I’m currently on a Pi4 (going to switch in the coming weeks to a proper server), but Plex is fine.

EtzBetz@feddit.orgto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•What is something people you encounter at your job say that makes you want to scream? (Job, person & quote)Deutsch5·1 year agoI kinda want to work. (Developer) Or, at least, if I wasn’t working for money, I would be developing stuff in my free time for myself or something.
Thought this as well, lol.
But I guess the way OP means, it would be kind of the opposite. Me knowing everything about both worlds, the employer not knowing who I am in personal life.
Also, kind of a different story, but in my university town I’m mostly known by a different but similar name than my actual name, because one of my first friends forgot my actual name in the first days and just called me by that other name, and somehow everybody adopted that other name. But it’s only in that town and context, because the social circles are quite separated.
