9·9 months agoI used to be an avid Linux user a couple of years back – but had to move to macos due to work. I however soon have the freedom to move back soon. Just out of cursiosity, do you know why people are recommending Mint over Ubuntu now?
I have no horse in the race, i’m just curious what changed as when i used Linux last time you would be recommended Ubuntu 95% of the time.

For context, the two characters on the cake also looks like “bamse” and “kylling” from the danish childrens tv show: “bamse og kylling”. So i think it’s legit enough - perhaps from some danish baker.




I’ve seen it once in Denmark actually. But it was a severely mentally challenged kid on a train station where the parents had them in a leash. Looked weird when you’re not used to it, but I guess I can understand that one use case.
