  • Well now see my cousin Skeeter got himself a 8k TV with that settlement money he got from when he got run over by that bmw downtown tryin to get his kids back ya know? At the courthouse? Anyway he was sposed to use that money to pay fer his doctors and whatnot but he got himself that TV and the dang thing wouldn’t fit through the door! Got her in to the trailer but couldn’t go no where so he put that sucker up right outside has movie nights the whole park can come n see. Course ol Skeet likes them naughty flicks you know with the blood and gore and titties n stuff, talkin bout like Dusk Till Dawn, talkin bout some Striptease, uh you know what’s the other one the one where the girl takes off her bathing suit Fast Times that’s the one. Anyway the boys in the neighborhood LOVE ol skeets movie nights but I think some o them parents are gonna set his trailer on fire for too long here now.

  • Levitate only lasts ten minutes, and the target gets a con save which is one of the barbarians class saves, he only goes up 20 feet if he fails, which puts the very angry barbarian within throwing object range.

Even in the worst case the barbarian will only be levitated for a handful of rounds and the wizard will want to be using offensive spells.

  • So the bicep and tricep of birds, let’s just use chickens since most people will be familiar with them, are mostly responsible for in flight control.

That’s the drumette. The flat, the one with two bones, are for controlling the very tip of the wing, for maneuvering. Notably these muscles are kinda big compared to the body size of the bird. About 6 inches around. If a human were the size of a chicken our biceps would be something like an inch around in comparison.

For liftoff, and staying aloft, birds have slightly different muscle groups. This is the breast meat. Bird chest muscles are ridiculously huge compared to their bodies. They don’t really have abs, the have chest muscles down their entire torso. Chickens are kind of mutants and aren’t really good examples anymore but birds universally have absolutely BADONKERS chests.

Basically what I’m saying is: If Pit were drawn by Rob Liefeld, he’d be closer to obtaining flight.

  • Seriously, just, no.

Because not only all of that other stuff, but you’re also extremely unlikely to be the first person to suggest it.

A buddy of mine is constantly being told she just needs to go out and exercise a little more, or take this supplement or that supplement, or see a fucking chiropractor. She has been for as long as I’ve known her. She doesn’t remember the last time she heard something unique. Though the number times she’s been told to just get a spinal adjustment for an autoimmune disease is frightening.

My guy, being fat is not the same as having a hard to pin down chronic illness.

I say this as a guy who does not remember a day where I wasn’t concerned about my weight, who only recently managed to drop from obese to over weight. You can fix being fat. You can fix fat with diet and exercise. You can’t fix “maybe lupus? Maybe MCTD? I dunno it’s probably autoimmune? We’re going to need to order more tests” with diet, exercise, magic crystals, or whatever other random bullshit people like to suggest.

  • I’m gonna be honest, I don’t remember the last time I had a problem with windows. I had some issues getting a media server set up that ended up being the router my ISP gave me, I had an issue with the 11 “upgrade” that ended up being a BIOS setting. But the last time I had an issue that was actually Windows related was on a previous computer, and my desktop is damn near geriatric.
