On Hyprland I have all my windows float & stack by default. I use Hyprland since it can be easily customized with dotfiles.

I’m thinking of auto-logging in on boot, and adding another startup command to Hyprland to lock the desktop and show the display manger.

I’m wondering if this is possible though for a transparent display manager background.

I’ve done lots of searching and Reddit comments about what makes Emacs so appealing. I think Emacs users like the specific ecosystem and things it offers and they put in the work to tailor it for them. Consistently is one thing I hear. Tell me ur thoughts.
