Material Files is the best, IMO.
Arch, so pretty much nothing.
Except maybe ZSH (but it’s ‘added’, I guess; not ‘replaced’).
It’s basically Tor Browser without using the Tor network.
If you need anyway, you might be better with just Rufus.
I saw one commenter suggested Arch itself. IMO it’s even a better idea than EOS.
archinstall
doesn’t have GUI, but it has very nice TUI (like what you have when you use htop
), and you could finish selecting the options in very few minutes.
If you’re already used to Arch-based systems, and enjoy the convenience of the AUR, what about EndeavourOS?
It’s basically Arch with GUI install scripts, and a different wallpaper.
Not OP, but some of them have non-JS version, in addition to the regular JS version; but yeah, a lot of sites are broken.

I think you *should* think about moving to more FOSS-friendly OSes, but in time, down the line, not this instant. Maybe the next devices you’ll own, or when you feel ready, comfortable, with privacy; anyway, GL!
