I have an LG. They have a jellyfin app. Just block the access to other stuff and it’s fine, if not actually good.
I don’t use or need a seperste streaming box. I don’t get data mining or ads.

And you could vary the speed of pulsing for different notifications too. So flashing fast could be close contacts, slow flashing could be sms, constant light could be missed call etc.

If the demand increases enough, more factories will be built. Right?
Except most people think it’s a bubble, so won’t risk building and the cost to build factories that technical is so large that most big companies outsource it, never mind new entrants.
I suspect instead well move more towards a data on demand kind of thing. We don’t need the same thing stored in millions of copies worldwide. Cheaper connectivity and containerization should help, I’d think.
It will start with rarely used large files like isos, which are already pretty efficiently distributed but then move to more and more, like cdns do for web already.
I’m just hypothesizing…I’ve nothing to base it on, but it seems redundant to have so much duplication.

Or, it’s all my fault.

Geographical location isn’t the issue. Nobody wants to kick Australia out.

Yes, but rather than self praise, it seems to me like it’s being effusive and polite. As in, I’m not trying to be disruptive, please accept this kind gesture.

The passkey is only passed on with an unlocked device. So, if someone stole your passkey device, they can’t copy it and use it without unlocking.

Or rather, making security convenient leads to adoption. Making it inconvenient leads to insecure workarounds.

Cool, can we start putting import taxes on their product then if it’s not a service?

He was honourable.

As a parent of 2 kids under 10, at this age they don’t care about brands. The school uniforms are much more expensive than any t shirts or shorts or track pants from Kmart or bigW (Aussie retailers). Poorer kids still get hand me downs and second hand, whereas richer kids get brand new. Most kids are only-child these days, so the concept of hand me downs is less prevalent within a family.
For teens, I can understand that point, but for teens I think self expression and exploring identity are key parts of growing up.

What do you mean? If (when) the ai bubble pops, it’s pretty predictable what will happen. The question is when, not what will happen. The when decides who’s left holding the bag.
Ai is a useful tool, ut it is costly to run and it doesn’t have a killer app. Larger co pansies are already scaling it back as they’ve looked at their internal data.

No, AI is not stealing jobs. People are not being hired as there is a general recession. The only thing keeping it from being a technical recession is the spending on ai, with the hope it will replace jobs. The preponderance of evidence now is that it does not.
If ai didn’t exist, those jobs would still be gone. When the ai bubble drops, there will also be a drop in stocks and a drop in lending and credit, making things worse.

What’s going to happen when they have to explain the ai bubble popping away?

Healthcare workers are very sued to dealing with lots of different family arrangements and high risk situations. They won’t contact anyone unless they are asked to, or in an emergency and they are the listed contact, or there is no listed contact.
If you specifically ask them not to, they certainly won’t.
Yes, as it seems to be a texture rather than flavour issue and relish has a very different texture, while retaining the recipe taste.
For salad, consider cherry tomatoes. For a sandwich, consider a tomato relish. Big, but similar flavour profile, but different texture.

No, then America won’t have enough for universal healthcare.

Existing isn’t the same as ubiquitous.
LG has both so it keeps your options open. Some tvs don’t have either or both and you need a seperate box to act as your client.
Some people prefer not to connect their smart tv and instead connect a box they have more control over. I find the LG app to be perfectly good for me and prefer to keep it simple and just block other network access.
