I’m going to echo the suggestion to approach men (and later women) for whatever reason to practice approaching people you don’t “have business” with.

And also expand your list of contexts where it’s ok to talk to people.

Anywhere that groups of people gather is a good option. Concerts, cafés potentially, parks…as long as you aren’t cornering anybody, you should be fine.

I think those films generally fall into the either the “don’t know how to turn it into a movie” or “the fans will buy anything” camps.

By not voting, you’re communicating “They’re all fine; I can’t be assed to pick”.

You don’t actually have to fill out the ballot. You can tell the voting officer that you decline it, you can write profanity on it, or you can vote for your dog.

It’s a minor civic duty. Much less onerous than jury duty, lol
