13·1 year agoI don’t think there’s a strong relation between knowledge and salary. It’s more likely demand and supply - if specific skills are in demand, and not many people have them, then pay will increase. And at the highest levels it’s often not what you know, but who you know that matters.

71·1 year agoI don’t get it. If an organisation loses its tax-exempt status, it will have to pay tax. This would definitely be bad news for the organisation. But how does it ‘kill any nonprofit’s ability to function’? Why would they be unable to get banks to service them or get donations? Is it just hyperbole, or am I missing something?
