Soooooo people in RAND are mad that RAND published a peice using reality that the PRC has more leverage and they had to take that down. That cannot be known
Very much reminds me on how the US is approaching the war in Ukraine. Seems like denial of reality is a consistent position of the deep state.
Look as we all know that the US dictates what is reality
